WirtschaftsWoche: BRL the top firm for insolvency law

Business magazine WirtschaftsWoche has published a list of the best lawyers and firms for insolvencies. BRL was the top firm for 2018. WirtschaftsWoche recommended BRL lawyers Stefan Denkhaus and Friedemann Schade by name.

The magazine analysed firms in several steps. To start with, the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) identified 660 insolvency lawyers from 62 firms and asked them to “name the five most well-regarded colleagues from their point of view.” Self-mentions were not counted. The resulting list was given to a jury of experts, who evaluated and made additions where appropriate. Finally, the HRI weighted the survey and jury responses. BRL came out as the top insolvency law firm for 2018.
